Who we are

This website is operated by Hyertek Inc. (HyerTek®), which builds and owns the Snaptiq™ Training Platform. Questions about this notice can be sent to hello@gosnaptiq.com.

What we collect

What you give us in a form: your name, work email, organization, role, sector and any message — plus, for the assessment and calculator, your answers and inputs.
How you found us: the page you landed on, the referring site, and any campaign (UTM) parameters in the link you followed. This is kept in your browser only for the current session, and sent to us only if you submit a form.
Site usage: if analytics are enabled, we use a privacy-focused service that does not use cookies or collect personal data, to count page views.

How we use it

To respond to your request, deliver what you asked for, follow up about Snaptiq, and understand which pages and campaigns are useful. We don’t sell your information.

Where it’s kept

Form submissions are stored in Microsoft Azure in the United States. If we use a customer relationship management (CRM) service, your submission is also shared with it to manage our follow-up.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time, and ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, by emailing hello@gosnaptiq.com.

Retention

We keep submissions for as long as they are needed for the purposes above, and delete them on request.

Changes

If we change this notice, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
