Training that keeps pace with agency directives.

Civilian agencies and their contractors use Snaptiq to turn directives, procedures and technical documentation into training that traces to its source, is approved by agency reviewers, and is reworked only where a revision changes it.

The problem

Sound familiar?

Directives change, training lags

A policy or procedure is revised and the training built on it stays as it was, sometimes for years.

Reviews by email

Subject-matter experts and approvers review drafts in attachments, and nobody can show which version was approved.

Accessibility is non-negotiable

Every published video needs captions, a transcript and a Section 508 check, and audio description is increasingly expected.

What you get

Built for the way you have to work.

  • Every scene, objective and question traced to the directive paragraph it teaches
  • Approvals recorded against the exact version, with stale approvals made visible
  • Only the scenes a revised directive affects are flagged for rework
  • Captions, transcripts, audio-described versions and a recorded Section 508 check
  • SCORM and cmi5 packages for your agency LMS
  • Available through GSA MAS — see How to buy

Works from your sources

  • Agency directives, orders and policies
  • Standard operating procedures and handbooks
  • Technical manuals for facilities, systems and equipment
  • Regulations and compliance guidance

In practice

When a directive is revised

  1. 01The revised directive is registered against the version the training was built from.
  2. 02Snaptiq compares the two paragraph by paragraph.
  3. 03Only the scenes and questions that cite changed paragraphs are flagged.
  4. 04Your designers update those scenes; everything else keeps its approval.
  5. 05Agency reviewers approve the change, with the decision recorded.
  6. 06The updated package is delivered, ready to load into your LMS.
